Open the 
Res. Group Capacity window.
Shows a summary of the amounts of measuring units for resource groups in different time periods.
On the Matrix Options FastTab, select different time intervals in the View by field.
In the View as field, you can choose one of the following options to determine what type of amount will be shown in the period columns. Net Change shows the net change in the budgeted amount for each period. Balance at Date shows the budgeted capacity as of the last day in each period.
On the Res. Group Capacity Matrix FastTab, fill in the columns with the following information.

No. | Specifies the number of the resource on the line. |
Name | Specifies the name of the resource on the line. |
Periods | Specifies the budgeted capacity, Net Change or Balance at Date, for the resources for a specific period. The periods shown depend on the time interval in the View by field. |
